Ferrero’s Candy Plant in Bloomington has the green light to expand.
The McLean County Board voted yesterday in favor of expanding the Bloomington-Normal enterprise zone.
The 70-million-dollar project is expected to bring as many as 50 jobs to the area.
The dates for construction haven’t been released.
