A man suspected of deploying a smoke device in the direction of the deputies working at last night’s demonstration in downtown Bloomington has turned himself in and is currently being booked into the McLean County Detention Facility.
No one was injured during this brief incident and the event went on without further problems. They had a great turn out with a large number of teenagers able to provide and listen to insight and opinions on current issues.
