A 28-year-old man is dead following an early morning accident at 3400 East near 1800 North Rd, in Colfax, Illinois.
The yet-to-be identified male victim was pronounced dead at 4:45 this morning. The victim was the sole occupant of the automobile.
An autopsy is scheduled for June 17, 2020. The name of the decedent is being withheld pending notification of legal next of kin.
This incident remains under investigation by the McLean County Coroner’s Office and the McLean County Sheriff’s Department.
