Governor JB Pritzker has officially filed an appeal of a Clay County ruling against his executive orders regarding COVID-19 restrictions.
The motion to dismiss came down Tuesday night and was filed by Attorney General Kwame Raoul.
Last Thursday before the 4th of July weekend, a Clay County Judge ruled in favor of Representative Darren Bailey, but did not file an injunction.
