A Woodford County judge says a nine-year-old Goodfield boy accused of murder is not fit for trial.
The judge determined at a hearing yesterday that Kyle Alwood is not likely to be fit to stand trial within the next year.
The youngster faces multiple murder and aggravated arson charges connected with a blaze that killed five people, including members of his family.
