A Ridgeview High School teacher and coach is facing sexual assault and abuse charges.
Music teacher and girl’s basketball coach David Rotchford was arrested Tuesday after complaints surfaced about inappropriate text messages sent to several female former students.
Investigators discovered other incidents of criminal behavior involving Rotchford spanning several years.
Rotchford is charged with 15 counts of criminal sexual assault and two counts of criminal sexual abuse.
