
A McLean County woman in her 60s has died after contracting COVID-19. Her death was not related to a long-term care facility and she is the county’s 16th coronavirus-related death. This is on top of the 38 new cases of COVID-19 reported today.
At this time, 136 individuals are isolating at home. Six are hospitalized, with one of in Intensive Care. There are 618 individuals that have been released from isolation and are considered recovered.
McLean County reported nearly 100 new cases of COVID last week and has averaged over 100 active cases each day. Over 35,900 tests have been resulted for a cumulative positivity rate of 2.2%. The rolling 7-day positivity rate is 2.1% through 8/16/2020.
