The body found by officers from the Normal Police Department in a wooded area in North Normal near Greenbriar Drive and Hershey has been identified.
McLean County Coroner Kathy Yoder has confirms it is that of Alexander Goldman, age 52, of Normal, IL. The cause of death and toxicology testing are pending but there is no preliminary evidence of foul play.
Mr. Goldman had been reported as missing on August 3, 2020. The Normal Police Department and McLean County Coroner’s Office continues to investigate this case and no further information will be released at this time.
