“IHSA is excited for the IHSA Dance State Finals to return to Grossinger Motors Arena and Bloomington-Normal on January 28 & 29. The State Finals are the culminating event of the season for high school dancers, and for many of the seniors, the final performances of their competitive careers. The dancers will make memories that will last a lifetime, and we are so happy that the Bloomington-Normal community as a whole has embraced this event to make it so special for them,” said IHSA Assistant Executive Director Tracie Henry. “I invite anyone who hasn’t attended before to come see what it is all about, you will be treated to incredible athleticism, sportsmanship and camaraderie among the dancers. And if you can dance, we just might invite you down to the arena floor to show us your best moves.”
Over the course of the 2-day event, nearly 6,000 people are expected to travel to Bloomington-Normal, which makes an estimated direct economic impact of $732,500.
Tickets can be purchased through GoFan, the official digital ticketing partner of the IHSA. Visit www.GoFan.co/IHSA or download the GoFan app to purchase tickets. In the event that a fan cannot purchase a ticket through GoFan, tickets can be purchased with cash only at the Arena Ticket Office.
