Young Jack, 11 years old, was grabbed by his bus driver on Dec. 2, 2022. His mother has been trying to get justice. A viral video show Ka Lin Aucutt grabbing the face of Jack.
Aucutt, according to the Woodford County criminal records search, is being charged with “Battery/Makes Physical contact,” which is a Class A misdemeanor.
Aucutt is due in court Nov. 2, 2023.
Footage from an unknown student’s cell phone captured Ka Lin Aucutt, an El Paso Gridley bus driver, grabbing Jack by the head and yelling at him. Allegedly, Jack was cussing on the bus.
