You might want to dust off your Dan Brady bobble hand doll–he’s planning a political comeback.
Former 20-year Illinois Rep. Dan Brady (R) announced Monday he will be running for mayor of Bloomington in next year’s election.
Brady said in a news release his campaign for mayor will include plans to enhance public service and public safety, create affordable housing, lower taxes and supporting business and economic development with a new leadership style.
Brady added in his released statement, “The election for mayor of Bloomington is not about a political party, it’s about people over politics. That’s how I have earned my reputation as a common sense trusted public servant.”
