The Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts has received a grant from the Illinois Prairie Community Foundation in support of the August 2, 2024, First Friday Concert on the lawn of the BCPA. The August 2nd show lineup will consist of an Eric Church and Chris Stapleton Tribute band.
The Illinois Prairie Community Foundation celebrates art with roots to its namesake state. This grant was identified as an excellent fit for the First Friday Concert because of the main act’s Illinois background.
