The McLean County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the inaugural Women in Business Conference, presented by Beam Philanthropy Partners. Taking place on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Parke Regency Hotel & Conference Center, this full-day event will bring together attendees from across Central Illinois and surrounding communities for a powerful experience focused on leadership, professional growth, and
meaningful connection.
From emerging professionals and entrepreneurs to seasoned executives and business owners, the conference will offer a dynamic lineup of keynote presentation, breakout sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities all centered around the theme of “Navigating Change.”
Attendees will gain practical tools and insights from experienced leaders while engaging with a diverse community of professionals across industries. The event also features an exhibitor showcase highlighting local businesses and organizations, as well as dedicated networking opportunities throughout the day.
