A 21-year-old LeRoy man has been arrested on a McLean County warrant charging him with four counts of possession of child pornography.
Normal police said the investigation began in April 2025 through the Illinois Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Investigators identified a suspect, seized multiple electronic devices in December and submitted them for forensic examination.
Luke H. Griffin was arrested July 28 following the investigation. Police are asking anyone with information that may assist the case to contact the Normal Police Criminal Investigations Division at 309-454-9593.
