The McLean County Regional Planning Commission is inviting residents to participate in the next round of public workshops for its Regional Comprehensive Plan 2045.
The plan will help guide the county’s growth and development over the next 20 years. While the first round of public input focused on establishing a community vision, the upcoming workshops will address potential policies and actions.
Four in-person meetings and three virtual sessions are scheduled:
- November 10, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the McLean County Farm Bureau.
- November 12, 4 to 5 p.m., virtual.
- November 17, 9 to 10 a.m., virtual.
- November 18, 4 to 5 p.m., at Bloomington Public Library.
- November 19, 5 to 6 p.m., at the Lexington Community Center.
- November 20, noon to 1 p.m., virtual.
- November 23, 5 to 6 p.m., at Heyworth Village Hall.
A second-round online survey will also be available soon.
