Police in Bloomington are not releasing any new information about an apparent shootout that left one man dead and two others injured. A 25-year-old man was killed Tuesday night by gunfire in the 12-hundred block of Orchard Road. Two other men were wounded and their conditions were not updated yesterday. They were listed Wednesday in critical but stable condition. No arrests have been made.
