The man who claimed to be a missing Illinois boy will stay behind bars in Ohio pending his trial. Brian Rini was charged last week with lying to federal agents after reportedly claiming to be Timmothy Pitzen. Pitzen disappeared in 2011 and would now be 14-years-old. Rini is a 23-year-old convicted felon. A judge said yesterday he’s keeping Rini locked up because of his criminal record, and because he is a flight risk, has no identifiable residence, has active warrants and his mental health history.
