Clinton police are investigating the death of a 4-month-old girl. First responders were called to a home in the 400 block of South Jackson Street for an unresponsive infant at about 8:30 Sunday morning. The child was pronounced dead a short time later at Warner Hospital and Health Services in Clinton. Police Chief Ben Lowers say this is a death investigation and will remain as such until it is determined otherwise.
