18-year-old Scotty Allen has turned himself in to Bloomington Police in connection to an April homicide.
Allen was involved in the April 2, 2019 homicide on Orchard Road. His bond is set at $3,000,000. Other suspects
Exodus Hebert, 18, and Amari McNabb, 22, were arrested On 6/10/19. Those tow face 3 counts of first-degree murder, as well as aggravated discharge of a firearm and mob action charges.
