The Livingston County Sheriff’s office has confirmed to WEEK TV that 56-year-old James M. Stoecklin has been taken into custody for two counts of possession of child pornography.
Stoecklin is a teacher at Saunemin Elementary School and head baseball coach for Pontiac Township High School.
The charges involve a male student and detectives are not releasing any further information.
