On Tuesday, June 25, 2019, from 11:40 AM until 12:35 PM, this subject was in the area of Front/Center and Front/Madison, in downtown Bloomington. At around 12:15 PM, this subject was alleged to have committed the offense of Criminal Sexual Abuse, with the victim being under 17 years of age.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, in his late 20’s or early 30’s, with facial hair on his chin. This subject was wearing a red lanyard around his neck, possibly with a key on it.
