The fourth-quarter operating profit Bloomington’s city-owned arena was less than expected, but it helped the arena to post an unaudited net operating loss of $270,921 for fiscal 2019. VenuWorks, the company that managers the facility, claims it’s a big improvement over the previous two years where it lost about $660,000 each year.
