Deliberations Begin In Christensen Sentencing 

Deliberations are underway in the sentencing of Brendt Christensen.  Christensen was convicted of kidnapping and killing visiting UI scholar Yingying Zhang several weeks ago.  Jurors began considering the week of testimony yesterday afternoon and sent the judge several notes with questions within two hours.  The panel is charged with deciding whether Christensen will get life in prison without parole or the death penalty.
