Tesla’s proposal for bringing a vehicle sales and maintenance facility to Bloomington is getting the green light from the Zoning Board of Appeals. The board unanimously approved the proposal yesterday. Tesla’s plan includes building the facility in the Towanda Barnes Business Park. The Bloomington City Council will vote on the facility in August.
