Bloomington Police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a car burglary Tuesday afternoon. Officers say Drashan Jackson stole a gun and personal items from vehicles in a parking lot in the 1400 block of East Empire Street. Jackson faces burglary, theft and several gun-related charges. Jackson is being held at the McLean County Jail on $30,000 bond.
