The Bloomington IL Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in the identification of a person of interest in the use of a stolen credit card at three retail locations in Normal, IL. on July 19, 2019.
The person of interest is described as a black female, 18 to 25 years of age with dark hair pulled back in a bun.
