No tickets will be issued to the driver of a car which struck a young boy on a bicycle Monday evening.
Bloomington Police said the boy on the bike failed to stop at the intersection of Allin Street and Oakland Avenue on the city’s west side shortly after 7 p.m. and collided with the driver.
There has been no update on the child’s condition
