One of the largest abortion clinics in the country was secretly built in Southern Illinois.
The 18,000-square-foot mega-clinic was built near Fairview Heights, which is less than 20 minutes away from Missouri’s last abortion clinic.
According to a report by CBS News, Planned Parenthood used a shell company to construct the facility starting in August 2018.
They built the facility in secret to avoid delays and protesters.
Reports say this facility will have the capacity for 11,000 patients per year. They will perform abortions up to 24 weeks here.
