A new report shows that the number of car crash deaths in Illinois and nationwide is dropping. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says there were nearly 60 fewer deaths from crashes in the state in 2018 than there were in 2017.
Over a thousand-thirty people died in Illinois highway crashes in 2018.
Illinois is currently sitting at 69 fewer fatal crashes than in 2018.
