Former manager of the city-owned arena, Curtis Webb, was sentenced Monday to 24 months conditional discharge for stealing public funds—a punishment less serious than that requested by the state. Webb was convicted in August of taking money from the Coliseum. The theft of about $2,100 was discovered in 2016 by VenuWorks, the firm hired by the city to manage the facility.
