The Bloomington IL Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in the identification of a person of interest in the theft of over $2,200 in merchandise from a local retailer at 1615 E. Empire, Bloomington, IL., on December 20, 2019.
The person of interest is a black female, between 20 and 30 years of age.
