The man accused of killing a previously-missing Deer Creek man says he didn’t do it. Daniel Allbritton pleaded not guilty in court yesterday to charges that he murdered John Tyler Jr.
Tyler’s body was found in rural Tazewell County weeks after he’d been last seen.
