People are demanding that Normal officials create a severe weather action plan.
The Normal Town Council heard a presentation yesterday from the Climate Action Campaign that raised concerns about how the town treats extreme temperatures.
Leaders say the town doesn’t have an official plan, but does offer heating and cooling stations when needed. No action was taken on the matter.
