The town council in Normal could take action Monday night whether to give the city manager a pay raise.
That $5,550 raise would set her salary at $190,,550, which is above her 20-year predecessor’s pay which was $189,00.
Pamela Reece is going into the final year of a 3-year contract.
Reece is only the third city manager in Normal’s history, and is the first woman to hold the position.
