Hy-Vee stores are making temporary changes to keep customers and employees healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Starting Wednesday, March 18, all Hy-Vee stores will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. The shortened hours will give employees more time to clean the store and restock items in high demand.
Hy-Vee dining areas will be closed to the public. Food service areas in Hy-Vee stores will still operate during their normal hours, but food will be available for carry-out only.
In addition, Hy-Vee Aisles Online deliveries will be made by third-party partners, such as Shipt and DoorDash, to allow employees to focus on other needs at the stores.
All Hy-Vee convenience stores will remain open during their regular hours.
