As first reported by The Edgar County Watchdogs and Illinois Leaks, the Woodford County States Attorney issued and email stating to law enforcement in the county and the Mayors; Governor Pritzker’s extension of the stay-at-home order will not be prosecuted or enforced in Woodford County.
We have independently confirmed the email is indeed authentic and we have further confirmed this with Woodford County Sheriff Matt Smith:

Hello,
No I can’t confirm that any business are actually opening back up at this time.
I would say that the States Attorney has put out that he will not be prosecuting Executive Order Violations.
I can confirm that as Sheriff I fully agree with the opinion of the States Attorney.
The Sheriff’s Office will not be enforcing the Governors Executive Order due to the legal and constitutional issues.
Respectfully,
Matt Smith
Sheriff
