The Town of Normal announced Friday their 4th of July celebration and Sky Concert fireworks is cancelled this year because of COVID-19.
The town said parks will be open but people are encouraged to social distance and use good hygiene.
Playgrounds will remain closed and public pools and all swimming related programs are also canceled.
