Illinois State University says it has its first on-campus case of COVID-19. School officials released the information on the university’s website, but didn’t specify whether the person who tested positive was a student, faculty or staff. McLean County Health Department records show the majority of the county’s cases are people in their 20s. The county had 115 positive COVID-19 cases as of Saturday.
