Representative John Cabello is seeking an injunction against Governor J.B. Pritzker’s stay-at-home order.
Online court records show the request for a temporary restraining order was filed yesterday in conjunction with an existing lawsuit.
Records also show a motion was filed on behalf of the governor, but the content of that motion isn’t clear.
A judge will hear the motions Friday.
