Police and the McLean County coroner said a 60-year-old man died at West Front and South Allin streets in Bloomington after being struck by a train.
The call came in as a request for medical assistance at 6:20 a.m. Thursday.
The coroner’s office will conduct an autopsy.
The man’s identity is not yet public.
