Normal PD continues to investigate and identify those who committed criminal acts on the night of May 31st.
Please help Normal PD identify the following female suspect who provided chunks of concrete which were thrown at NPD Officers and squad cars during the Target incident. This female suspect also stole merchandise from Target.
