Bloomington police say officials arrested an armed and dangerous suspect Sunday afternoon.
Officers arrested 36-year old Todd Kelly Jr., of Gridley, who was wanted on a McLean County warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle.
Kelly attempted to evade law enforcement and was at large since Friday.
He is now in custody and is no longer considered a threat to the public.
