Four people are in the McLean County Jail on meth charges. They are: Sharon McCarty, Carrie Johnson, David Hardy, and Billy King. The Bloomington Police Department’s Vice Unit and Street Crimes Unit had been investigating the group. Last week, officers served a search warrant in the 900 block of West Washington Street in Bloomington and collected meth and drug paraphernalia as evidence at the scene.
