Almost 800 code violations, including 226 at an apartment building destroyed by a fire on February 10th on Gettysburg Drive is what the owner Wayne Pelhank and co-owner-to-be Ed Duranand are facing. The Pantagraph is reporting 572 citations are also pending against the two for five rental properties in the 900 blocks of West Front and West Grove streets. A firefighter was injured in the Gettysburg fire and 29 people were left homeless. A cause of the fire has not been determined, according to Bloomington Fire Department.
