Free Community Birthday Party Kicks Off Celebration on November 18
Lifelong Access is celebrating 70 years of providing services and removing barriers for individuals of all abilities in McLean County. To honor this milestone, we have launched “70 for 70”, a seven-month celebration of history, people, and purpose. We are highlighting 70 inspiring stories from individuals, families, staff, and community partners who have shaped Lifelong Access over the decades.
To kick off the celebration, Lifelong Access will host a free community birthday party on Tuesday, November 18. This open house event will be from 3:00-6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at 2000 Jacobssen Drive, Normal. Guests are invited to enjoy a variety of cakes, fun raffles, photo opportunities, and a look back through the archives.
“Lifelong Access is proud to celebrate 70 years of service to McLean County and beyond,” said Karl Kopp, Chief Executive Officer. “We hope the community will join us at our birthday party and events throughout the coming months as we honor this milestone.”
As part of the celebration, Lifelong Access aims to raise $70,000 for 70 years through community events and fundraising initiatives that support growth for programs and services for people of all abilities.
