The ISU Police Department is urging caution after two people were robbed Tuesday on Constitution Trail. Police responded to the trail in the 100 block of W. Phoenix Ave., directly behind the Normal Police Department, on a report of two strong-arm robberies around 11 p.m. A suspect was located and arrested. An additional incident of people asking for money on the trail was found to be unrelated and non-criminal in nature.
