The Connect Transit Board of Trustees is pleased to announce Brady Lange as its Chief Executive Officer effective May 26th, 2026.
Since joining Connect Transit in 2017, Brady has offered hands-on leadership across Operations, Maintenance, and Procurement. He has demonstrated a clear and practical vision for Connect Transit focused on reliable service, exceptional customer support, and strong fiscal stewardship.
Brady will oversee the build out and launch of the Bloomington Transit Center while also delivering on other major capital projects and service enhancement initiatives the system is currently enacting. In doing so, he will continue to prioritize Connect’s relationships with local partners.
According to Board Chair Julie Hile, “Brady Lange offers us proven leadership and the ability to bring complex projects to on-time completion. We are excited about his vision for integrated regional mobility. Add to that Brady being a Normal native and a lifelong fan of our community, and we all have much to look forward to.”
