The Bloomington City Council will meet in special session Monday, Aug. 17, instead of holding its regularly scheduled Committee of the Whole meeting.
The change will allow the council to consider action items related to recent severe weather and flooding in Bloomington.
The meeting will begin Monday in the City Council Chambers at 115 East Washington Street, Room 400.
