Logan County Coroner Donald Peasley identified Scott E. Baxter, 54, of Saybrook, as the McLean County man killed in a two-vehicle head-on crash Thursday near Lincoln.
The crash occurred about 4:05 p.m. on Old Route 66 near 1500th Avenue.
