34 year-old Nicholas Wotton, of South Pekin, and 47 year-old Robert Armstrong, of Pekin, were arrested during a traffic stop near the intersection of North School Street & Warren Avenue, in Normal on drug charges. Police recovered cocaine, money, and evidence of drug distribution at the scene. Wotton and Armstrong were transported to the McLean County Jail.
